Is the license fee a one-time cost (perpetual) or an annual cost?
Answer
The license for the SharePoint Essentials Toolkit is an annual subscription. It is to be paid every 12 months from date of order, in order to continue using the product, the license must be renewed.
If the license is not renewed, the product will no longer function and will be disabled for the user(s).
Software Support and Maintenance is included in this fee, as well as 3 x 1hr training sessions and all Major and Minor software updates.
You will need to contact us (reply to reminder emails, or call sales at 1-917-633-5998 or email quotes@cognillo.com) to advise us you are renewing the license.
