The license

is an annual subscription.
It is to be paid every 12 months from date of order, in order to continue using the product, the license must be renewed.
If the license is not renewed, the product will no longer function and will be disabled for the user(s).
Software Support and Maintenance is included in this fee, as well as 3 x 1hr training sessions and all Major and Minor software updates.
