When the license is up for renewal, and we do not contact you, does the license Subscription Automatically Renew?
Answer
No. We do not automatically renew licenses. There will be automated reminders 90, 60, and 30 days prior to the license expiry which you can respond to.
The emails are sent to the primary and secondary contacts (normally the Deliver To contact from order) on file.
You will need to contact us (reply to reminder emails, or call sales at 1-917-633-5998 or email quotes@cognillo.com) to advise us you are renewing the license.
